Ruth “Annette” Haun passed away on October 14, 2023.
Annette was born on September 19, 1953 to Jack B. and Ruth “Bunny” Haun. She was the only girl in a family of five brothers. She may have been short in stature, but she was tough as nails. She was loyal to those she loved and would give you the shirt off her back. She was the little princess of the family. Annette grew up in Millcreek and graduated from Granite High School in 1972.
Annette’s pride and joy were her nieces and nephews. She had many and was adored by all of them. She was by far their favorite and the epitome of the “fun aunt”. She also loved cats and found joy in taking care of them.
Annette spent many years in quality control at Abbott Laboratories. After retirement, she became a crossing guard for Salt Lake County. She loved the children she served atTaylorsville Elementary School.
Annette leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and memories cherished by her brothers Rick, Stu, Ken (Angie), Randy (Dona), and sister-in-law Barbara. She now reunites in eternity with her parents, her brother Lynn, and sister-in-law Ruth, who preceded her in passing.
