Michele Hayward

September 23, 1955 — September 18, 2020

Charlotte Michele Hayward passed away unexpectedly in her home on September 18 2020 in Sunset, Utah at the age of 64. Michele was born on September 23, 1955 in Coronado, California. She loved the ocean, the mountains, movies and musicals, sewing, crocheting, and reading but even more, she loved music and people. She made everyone she met feel important and loved and shared with them the music that was so much a part of who she was. Michele was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and shared her great love of the gospel with others anytime that she could. Her faith in the Savior and trust in our Heavenly Father brought her peace and gave her the strength and courage to face the trials of her life. She taught her daughters to love the Lord with all their hearts, the way she did. Michele was generous, kind, and always forgiving. She went through life singing and filled our lives with her beautiful music. A funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, at 11:00 a.m. at 1239 W Country Creek Drive South Jordan, UT 84095. The viewing will precede the funeral from 10:30 - 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest in the Murray City Cemetery. Michele is survived by her parents, Janet Allen and Charles Hayward; her sisters Darlene Navradsky, Ann Sparks, Rebekah Barry, Jenifer Johnson, Patience Atkins, Josephine Elkins, and Elizabeth Steele; her brothers Joseph Hayward, Jared Hayward, and Daniel Allen; her 3 daughters and their spouses, Charlotte and Josh Bowman, Heather and Steve Mandarino, Evelyn and Prince Osei Tutu Prempeh, her former spouse and father of her children, Richard Byars, and 17 grandchildren, Jordan, Mikayla, Shelby, Hailey, Mckenzie, Benjamin, Alyssa, Steven, Ella, Daniel, Jonah, Jocelyn, Ivy, Logan, Liam, Luke, and Adam, and 4 step grandchildren Keian, Eliana, Chloe, and Wendy. She was preceded in death by her daughter Rebekah Byars, her brother Charles (Chuck) Hayward and her former husband John Tuero.
