Lori Lyn Bethers (Our Angel), 52, of Heber City, daughter of Lorin and Marilyn Carlile Bethers, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2017 with acute pancreatitis. She went peacefully, surrounded by her family. She was the oldest of five sisters: Melanie (Mark) Berg, Susan (Shawn) Pace, Pam (Kevin) Smart, and Patti (Kody) Clyde. She is missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends, and a special friend, Chris Weaver.

Lori was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the nursery for 20 years. She was a caring visiting teacher for many years.  She was a graduate of Wasatch High School, Class of 1984. Despite many challenges, Lori lived life to the fullest. She had a contagious smile and an infectious laugh. She loved her friends and family with all her heart.  She loved vacations, especially Disneyland.  She was happy just going for rides.  She loved earrings, bracelets, circle books, and her Kindle.  She enjoyed activities with the Danville Group and spending time with her special friends.  Thanks to all who showed kindness and gave her special care over the years. A sincere thanks to Doctor Vogel, Heber Valley Medical Center, the ambulance transport team, and the staff at LDS Hospital.
