Jodi Ann Jensen Nelson

Jodi Ann Jensen Nelson passed away peacefully on Monday, February 19th at her home in Bountiful after living for 13 years with Huntington’s Disease. Jodi was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 28, 1985. She grew up in Bountiful and graduated from Woods Cross High School in 2004.

Jodi loved people, especially her family. She loved children. She enjoyed singing, camping, playing games, and the rain.

Jodi had a deep love for the Savior and for attending the temple.

Her smile could light up the darkest of days, and the memory of that smile will continue to light the lives of her family and friends. 

She is survived by her mom, Linda Jensen; her siblings, Ryan (Megan), Kelly (Scott) Lalliss, Matt, and Mark; and former husband Terry Nelson. She was preceded in death by her father Jon B. Jensen.

We would like to especially thank the doctor and nurses at CNS who so lovingly took care of her these last few months.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday February 27, 2024 at 11:00 am, in the Bountiful Orchard 2nd ward building, 3600 south 800 west Bountiful Utah. There will be a viewing Tuesday morning from 10-10:45 am. 

A viewing will be held on Monday February 26, 2024, from 6-8 pm at the same location as the funeral service. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
