Jana Lee Hopson Adams

Jana Lee Hopson Adams died at the age of 54 on February 15, 2023 in her home in Farmington, Utah. Born on December 5, 1968, she was adopted by Nancy Ruth Hopson and Anthony Hopson 4 days later. She grew up in Bountiful Utah with her brother Steven Anthony Hopson. She is survived by her mother Nancy Ruth Hopson, her brother Steven Anthony Hopson, her partner David Owen Butler Jr, and her two children Branson Caine Carlisle and Olivia Ray Carlisle. She graduated from Viewmont High School in 1986. She was a small business owner and drove an Ice Cream truck for many years. In 2019 she became the owner of an Iceberg Drive Inn Franchise located in Syracuse, Utah.

Jana loved dragonflies, singing, gardening, and collecting rocks. She loved to dance and was the loudest person laughing in any room. She loved many things, and she loved her children most of all. She believed in her children more than anyone and encouraged them to live their dreams. She was strong, passionate, full of love, creative, intelligent, hilarious, and a wonderful person and mother to all. Jana was loved by many and will be remembered by many.
