Frances Louise Green

Frances Louise Connell Green age 83 died June 10, 2022 in Sandy, Utah. Frances was born February 12, 1939 in Shoshone, Idaho to amazing parents, Clifford James Connell (CJ) and Lena Marjorie Goff in Shoshone, Idaho. She married DeVon Weston Green on December 15, 1959 in Shoshone, Idaho. She worked at the West Jordan Care Center for 30 years as an Occupation aide and loved all the residents.  Frances joined The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints on March 27, 2004. She served two missions at Deseret Industries. She was going to volunteer. She was the ward librarian and loved serving others. She was a social butterfly and loved being a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. She was a valiant servant. She enjoyed gardening, baking (and did she bake!), family, country music and her favorite Elvis Presley. Her favorite shows to watch was the news on the hour, family feud, Jazz basketball, Dancing with the Stars, Good Witch, Chicago Fire and Hallmark movies especially Christmas ones. She was a great Mother and Grandma and she will sorely be missed. She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Russ) Rowberry, Brenda Green. Grandchildren; Russell (Heather), Paul (Natalee), Ashley (Michael) Curtis, Steph and Erick (Autumn) Wilkinson. She has 7 great grandchildren and one on the way, and two great great grandchildren; Sister Sheila (Scott) Croft; Brothers Myron (Edith) Green and Newlyn (Susan) Green and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband.  Funeral services will be on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 3:00 PM at the Fox Pointe Ward 1465 W Bristol Ridge Road, West Jordan, Utah. The viewing will be held at the church Thursday June, 16, 2022 from 6-8 PM and on Friday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment at Redwood Memorial Estates.
