It is with a heavy heart that I announce that Dylan Anthony Kierstead, age 25, father, son, grandson, nephew, brother, cousin, and friend to so many, was taken from us on June 20, 2020. Anyone that had the privilege of knowing Dylan, even for a short time, will always remember how special he truly was. He was so smart and funny, and a friend to everyone. He was taken to Heaven far too soon, just like his father, Jim Eastman-22; grandparents, William Kierstead, Jr-59 and Betty Fox-61; and two cousins, Michael Madrid Hiatt-22, and Brandon Madrid-20. As the saying goes, “Only the good die young.”
He is survived by his son, Neamiah Jimmy Kierstead “Nemo”; mother, Stacie Kierstead; grandma, Darlene Eastman; siblings, Stetson Blume, Jason “Bryce” Lucero, Kaden Borrowman, Kaylie Harper, and Dominic “Parker” Thomas; aunts, Sheryl Kierstead, Debbie, Privett, Wendy Dimick, Kathy Burton, uncles, Ted Aagard, Steven Kierstead, and Sheldon Kierstead; many cousins and friends; honorary uncle, Kenny Rosenbaum; and special friend, Randy Bennett.
You will be greatly missed forever, my son. I say goodbye for now. We will meet again, someday. Tell Grandma and Grandpa hi for all of us. A special thank you to Carrie Cloward for always being a second mother to him.
