Darrell was born on July 30th, 1964, to William and Silvia (Wade) Bloodworth in Salt Lake City, UT
William remarried Fay (Jorgenson) and began the process of getting Darrell and his siblings
From foster care in 1968. Darrell was the smallest kid in his kindergarten class. He grew into one of the biggest kids at his high school graduation. Darrell did find happiness and was married for a few years to Donna. His marriage records were lost.
Darrell was kind and generous with what he could afford. Darrell had many health issues and had difficult learning in school. Darrell worked on a ranch when we lived in Colorado and did other construction work. Our family moved back to Salt Lake City in 1983 and he moved in with his mother
As Darrell got older his health issues started to worsen and he began living in care centers. He had moved into a care center where he found a place where he could be himself and became a favorite of the staff and a friend to the other residents at Copper Ridge.
Darrell was preceded in death by his mother Silvia Wade and stepmother Fay Bloodworth,
Darrell is survived by his father William Bloodworth. Sisters Jackie, Brenda, Sherry, Daryl and Goldie, brothers Billy, Chris, and Terrence and many nieces and nephews
