Danielle Hammond

Danielle Dawn Hammond left us suddenly on January 30, 2022.

Born 1/15/1989 in Bountiful, UT to Carol Ann Jaynes & Warren Steven Hughes/Matthew Carl Erickson.

She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and especially a mother.

She has left behind 3 wonderful children – Haiden Rae, Jayson Carl and Savannah Lyn, who cherished their mother deeply.

She loved camping, selling pink zebra and most importantly spending time with her children as well as her family and friends.

She is survived by her parents Carol A Jaynes and Warren S Hughes, her daughters Haiden and Savannah, son Jayson, sisters Holly (John), Michelle (Dale), Ashley (Clint), Cassie (Nick) and Dakota (Matt), brothers Andrew, Warren Jacob (Krystalle) & Andy (Lizzy), as well as nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and extended family.

She is preceded in death by Father Matthew C Erickson, grandma Mary Chambers and Grandpa Warren Danne Hughes.

Funeral services will be Friday February 4, 2022 at 11:00am with a viewing one hour prior at 10:00am. Funeral and viewing will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 351 South Lofty Lane, North Salt Lake City, UT 84054

Interment will take place after the funeral services at the Bountiful City Cemetery. 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, UT 84010
