Born July 30, 1939 to Elmer E Ellsworth and June Lois Hoehner. Passed away November 28, 2016 at Lakeview Hospital from complications of diabetes. Preceded in death by parents and one son. Married Kitty Wagers and later divorced. They had 2 boys David Brandt (deceased), and Randy (Lindy) Orwin. Married Helen Hansen, they had 4 children, Robert (Sharon), Christina (Kevin), Cherie (Thomas) and Erik (Lisa). 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. Survived by Jerry (Denise) Ellsworth, Pat (Ted) Bushman, Lois (Mike) Vreeken.
