Our bright shining star Ashley Marie Boulton passed away September 3rd, 2019 from complications of epilepsy. We know she was welcomed with open arms by her loving grandparents. Ashley came into our lives Oct. 12, 1987 sharing her love, light and infectious personality and smile. She had a huge generous heart from the day she was born.
She loved photography, sunsets, music, hiking, and Pizza. She enjoyed fishing and camping with her family. She loved being an Aunt and her 3 cats were her babies. She was very proud of Gay Pride. She was a goofball who always wanted to make everyone smile.
She graduated from Woods Cross High School in 2006. She absolutely loved being on the Tech Crew helping run the musicals and other productions where she made many friends and memories. After graduation she went to Salt Lake Community College. She started a job at Dick’s grocery store and later worked at Ross’ where she made so many friends at both places. She especially enjoyed her job at Ross’. Her co-workers were her second family.
She is survived by her parents Fred (Laurie) Boulton and Teri Boulton. Her siblings Tiffany Boulton Copeland, Justin (Nikki) Garner, Aprilee (Ivan) Pena, Kaitlyn Garner and Nick Woodington. 12 nieces and nephews. Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. She also leaves behind her sweet kitties Bear, Spikie, Baby Girl whom will be looking for forever homes. She was preceded in death by her Grandma and Grandpa Boulton, Grandpa Jensen and 1 Niece.
Funeral services will be held Saturday September 7th, 2019 at 2 pm with a visitation 1 hour prior to the funeral service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Val Verda Fourth Ward chapel, 2633 South 50 West, Bountiful, Utah.
In order to understand someone, you need to walk a mile in their shoes. People are people, we are all capable of change. Sometimes you just need someone to connect with that says- I see you and what you are going through.
