Aaron Ibanez passed away on October 3, 2024 in West Valley, Utah at the age of 22. He was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Utah. Aaron had been struggling with his mental health and unfortunately took his own life.
Aaron is survived by his parents: Maximino Ibanez and Luisa Amada, his siblings: Jose Luis, Johnny and Yasmin, his nephews and nieces: Isaac, Ayden, Mia, Johnny Jr., Dylan, Leo, Lorenzo, Adriana, Amilia and Abigail.
Aaron graduated from Horizonte Instruction and Training Center in 2020. Aaron was the youngest of his siblings. He was friendly, funny, kind, hardworking and a loving person. Aaron had a close relationship with his parents, siblings and loved all his nephews and nieces. For the past few years he had been working at store and providing for himself. Aaron loved spending time with his family especially on special occasion like birthdays and holidays. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends. His favorite activity to do was be outdoors and go hiking. He was an outgoing person and always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed listening to English music specifically rap and Spanish music like corridos. Aaron will always be remembered in our hearts as our little boy.
The viewing will be on Friday, October 11th at 7:30pm in 3296 S. Maple Way, West Valley City, UT 84119.
The mass will be on Saturday, October 12th at 9:15am in Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Located at: 4501 W 5215 S, Kearns, UT 84118.
Thereafter, the burial will be at Elysian Burial Gardens located at: 1075 E 4580 S, Millcreek, UT 84117.
The Ibanez Amado family is completely heartbroken over the news of Aaron’s passing. We want to bring awareness to suicide and mental health. We ask you all to always check in on your family/friends and always be there for them.
